Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment is very important to us, and we have reserved a time specifically for you. We understand that life happens and should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from the scheduled service time will result in being charged a fee up to 50% of the service(s) scheduled. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that available appointment slot. No-shows will be charged the same as a late cancellation.
Late Appointments Policy
If you happen to be running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If 15 minutes late or more, we will do are best to accommodate you. However, out of respect to all our guests with scheduled appointment, we cannot guarantee any or all of the scheduled services will be performed. Rescheduling an appointment may be necessary.
Service Re-Do & Retail Return Policy
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, lets us know within 3 days of your visit and we're happy to make adjustments at no additional charge. Any adjustments must align with our original consultation. The adjustments do not cover changing the cut or color from the original consultation. There are no refunds on any service provided. We do not guarantee any chemical services without usage of recommended professional products. If you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.
